To meet the evolving needs of our customers and deliver sustainable value far into the future, we have formed synergistic partnerships with leading property developers in Thailand to work on major projects which can leverage our existing lines of business to generate new streams of recurring revenue – including our most significant project to date, Dusit Central Park.
The value of Dusit Central Park, our landmark mixed-use project being developed in partnership with Central Pattana Public Company Limited.
The value of the Hampton Sriracha by Origin and Dusit condominium project, being developed in Chonburi province, eastern Thailand.
Worth a total of 36.7 billion baht and covering 440,000 sq m of prime real estate on the corner of Silom and Rama IV roads in the heart of Bangkok, Dusit Central Park is our most significant project to date.
Being developed in partnership with Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), and designed under the concept ‘Here for Bangkok,’ the unique project will feature luxury Dusit-branded residences, a state-of-the-art office tower, a high-end shopping mall, large green spaces, and a distinctive reimagining of our flagship Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel, which served as a symbol of gracious Thai hospitality for 50 years.
By blending the best of Thai design and hospitality with international standards of service, Dusit Central Park will be a new city landmark that reflects our past, embraces our present, and leverages its prime position opposite Lumpini Park, and direct access to all major public transportation networks, to revolutionize the way people shop, dine, work, live and stay in this key area of the city.
The new Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel is slated to open in 2023, with the rest of the project following in 2024.
Further extending our business from hospitality to property, The Hampton Sriracha by Origin and Dusit is a high-end condominium project located in the Sri Racha district of Chonburi province, eastern Thailand.
Set over 26-storeys and comprising 468 residential units and three commercial units, the project is aimed at those investing in or working in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), a strategic hub of trade and investment which is being developed by the government into a center for regional transportation and logistics. Starting prices are Bt2.9 million per unit. The project is slated to complete in Q4 2021.
